Please assist us with this because we are working on behalf of our client .
We have 20 guests coming for a four weeks vacation in your city and they want to use the privilege to enjoy their vacation by organizing a bowling friendly competition among themselves.
They will arrive on the 5th of October 2023,The Bowling program will be held for 6 days.
This program will starts from the 10th of October 2023 – 15th of October 2023,Like 5PM to 7pm each day,The last day will be the final.(or schedule us according to your available date and time )
We need 4 lanes,2 hours per day with pairs of shoes if available.
Kindly give us the total final quote of 2 hours per day,4 lanes for the 20 guests,6 days.
Their ages are from 23 to 27 years,8 Males and 12 Females.
In fact ,it will be advisable and appreciated if you could plan this for us for the 6 days Bowling Event .
